The agreements behind a Momiji subscription, published in full.
One Subscription Agreement governs every customer. It is the text you accept by clicking when you create an organization, and the text behind a signed Order Form. The Data Processing Addendum and the Service Level Schedule form part of it. The Order Form is published as a template so a buyer can read the shape of a deal before being asked to sign one.
Draft for review, not yet in force
These documents are drafts awaiting counsel review. Nothing here binds anyone until a version is published with an effective date. They are posted early so that a customer, an investor or a reviewer can read the terms we intend to operate under and tell us where they are wrong.

Privacy
The privacy policy describes what Momiji holds, what it never holds, and every subprocessor by name. The Data Processing Addendum is the contractual version of the same commitments, written for a customer's privacy officer.

The site terms cover this marketing site and the act of starting a subscription through it. Using the product itself is governed by the Subscription Agreement above.
