One system

Connecteam + ADP + BambooHR + Concur, all in one.

Four tools, four bills, a CSV between them, and the training records in a binder. Momiji is one system: punch to paycheque.

The Momiji dashboard: active employees, who is on leave this week, pending requests, headcount by function, and PTO utilization pace.

What each module replaces.

In place of BambooHR

MomijiHRIS

The directory, org chart, onboarding, self-accruing time off, and a signed document vault that every module reads.

MomijiTime

Geofence, a rotating door code, and a site sign verify the punch, not the shift. A shift form is answered by the person who was actually there.

MomijiExpenses

Snap the receipt; the row fills itself; your spending rules clear the ordinary ones; a branded PDF closes the month.

In place of ADP

MomijiPay

Approved hours become the pay run: CPP, EI, and tax computed in twelve jurisdictions, stubs and PD7A reconciled, the deposit file and the journal entry written, and the CRA and Service Canada year-end files built.

Explore Payroll
In place of the training binder

MomijiComply

Training rules that assign themselves, courses built from your own documents, completions nobody can edit afterwards, one board across every location, and one evidence pack when somebody asks to see it. On every plan, Budget upwards.

In place of the review folder

MomijiPerform

Goals and check-ins all period, a review that ends in a sealed, acknowledged record in English or French, and an approved raise that arrives on the payroll prepare screen instead of in an email. An add-on to any plan, per person.

Explore Perform

All six modules are shipped and running today, on four surfaces: the web portal, iPhone, Android, and the portal at phone width. Every screen a person can reach is available in English and in French, and the language follows the reader rather than the company.

One thing rides inside those six rather than beside them. Akiko, the help assistant, answers questions about HR and about Momiji from the guided walkthroughs, from a description of the product, and from excerpts of the documents the person asking may already read, which are sent with their question to the model that answers it. Akiko is on Core, Professional and Managed. MomijiComply and MomijiPerform then sit outside the plan ladder in opposite directions: the training record is on every plan, Budget included, and MomijiPerform is an add-on you can put on any of them.
